Concerns and Opposition
However, the project has faced significant opposition from various groups, primarily due to concerns about its potential environmental impacts. Critics argue that:- The highway will destroy or fragment valuable natural habitats, threatening endangered species and biodiversity
- It will contribute to air and noise pollution, impacting nearby communities
