Passengers can now purchase tickets directly through the RATP mobile app, eliminating the need to stand in line at ticket booths or fumble with paper tickets.

The system is available through the RATP app, which can be downloaded onto smartphones running iOS or Android operating systems. To purchase a ticket, passengers simply select their desired destination and number of tickets, and then confirm their purchase using a secure mobile payment method. Tickets are then stored digitally in the app, and passengers can simply scan their phone at the ticket gates to access the train.
